Almost all company's , business persons have their own financial years.It helps them to understand their developments in the last year.How many farmers have their own financial year? My financial year is the calender year.

    Ramesh Delampady Compared to previous year total working day's of the workers increased a little bit,but wages increased about 50% due to wage hike.But the good thing is that at the same time I could carry a few new works.

    Ramesh Delampady I have not maintained ledger book as company's maintain.Just have attendance book ,salary book.I do calculate the total work done and the wages paid each year .Separate book is maintained to calculate the income.No expenditure book.

    Ramesh Delampady income book helps us to understand the status of our income .But expenditure depend on our priority.When our income changes ,our spending also changes.And it is very difficult to maintain expenditure book.
